Sadece televizyon karşısında oturmamalıyız. Ayağa kalkalım ve hareket edelim. Langi, Rundi ve Rendi doğadaki hareketleri taklit ederek egzersiz yapıyorlar. Onlarla birlikte egzersiz yapıp uyum becerilerimiz daha iyi hale getirip sağlığımızı koruyalım.
