Safe Harbor

ÖZET

Omiš is a very different destination from many others on the Croatian coast. Situated at the mouth of the river Cetina, it has high steep cliffs surrounding the town. This town used to be a pirates' safe harbor during the medieval period, but commerce has molded the industry in Omiš.
