SINOPSIS

As the Roman Empire expands, it encounters local populations that it considers 'barbarians', who fight back, effectively and savagely, dealing Rome one blow after another. Hannibal, Viriathus, Armenius, Spartacus and more strike back against Rome, some from without and some from within.
