SINOPSIS

It's all upgrades and upper class at Heathrow as Virgin's clubhouse manager Holly showers passengers with her VIP treatment Valentine-style, while the boys in blue, officers Terry and Dave, have to deal with an unhappy upgraded passenger. Meanwhile, a full A330 could be in trouble as a new recruit gets his first go at pushing it to the runway.
