SINOPSIS

A semi in Bilston in Wolverhampton, a cottage in Bignall End in Staffordshire and a mid-terrace in Brimrod in Rochdale are sold under the hammer. Two of the auction buys are for the rental market while the third is going to be the buyers' family home. But not everything goes according to plan.
