SINOPSIS

Mr Burns tricks Homer into not suing him for a work-related injury by telling him he's won a bogus prize. Homer gets a big award ceremony, complete with Joe Frazier and a $2,000 cheque, which his impoverished brother Herb persuades him to invest in the world's first-ever baby translator contraption.
