SINOPSIS

Catching up with tenants and landlords from the first series, including Lesley and Mark, who inadvertently rented out a second property to a con woman. The programme also hears from Ben from Lewisham Council, who recalls an investigation into a multi-occupant house above a row of shops in Deptford, and Nicholas, who had a shaky start as a landlord when a tenant turned his house into a brothel.
