SINOPSIS

After countless failures across multiple time periods, the team finally captures immortal megalomaniac Vandal Savage but is divided over the best course of action to take. Rip's decision to hand the villain over to the Time Masters riles Snart and Rory, who ponder whether it may be time to jump ship and return to their former lives, while Savage hands Kendra a convincing reason not to kill him when he tells her he can reunite her with Carter.
