SINOPSIS

Irish Garda Commissioner Farrelly and President of Ireland Sullivan bestow the honor of a 12-foot statue and pedestal of "The Copper," honoring 150 years of Irish in the NYPD. Danny taunts his serial killer one last time; Danny acts emotionally and does not pay attention to Wilder's MO, so he picks the wrong victim.
