SINOPSIS

Welsh competitors Stephen Gomes, Adam Bannister and Phil Carmichael go all out to impress with their desserts in their attempts to secure a place at a banquet to mark the centenary of the Women's Institute. Things are tense for the trio, because as usual at this stage of the contest, one of the trio won't make it through to tomorrow's regional final.
