SINOPSIS

The first of the Wales heats sees newcomers Stephen Gomes, Adam Bannister and Phil Carmichael prepare their starters for the banquet celebrating 100 years of the Women's Institute. They must impress a Great British Menu veteran if they are to cook for judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton, Matthew Fort and long-serving WI member Rosemary Bishton in Friday's final.
