SINOPSIS

After declaring war on his arch rivals Polar Industries, Hugh Rowland heads north to the isolated community of Wasagamack without waiting to give his new recruit Todd Dewey a helping hand. Alex Debogorski and Darrell Ward navigate an unmaintained road to deliver a $7million water-treatment unit to a dam construction project near Gillam, Manitoba, while Lisa Kelly is loaded with a school bus that is in need of a trip to the maintenance depot in Winnipeg.
