SINOPSIS

Gordon Ramsay visits Starkville, Mississippi, to try to rescue the failing Hotel Chester. Despite having more than 40 years' experience in the business, owner David Mollendor is at a loss as to how to make his dream of owning his own hotel work, while his wife Sukie is struggling as its chef, tackling the role without any formal catering experience. Gordon discovers a family tragedy that explains why this couple have become trapped in their business and wrestling with debt.
