Adam Simmonds hopes that a trip to the Churchill War Rooms at London's Imperial War Museum will inspire him as he, Tom Sellers and Adam Byatt prepare their main courses. The London and South East chefs are vying for a place in the regional final and the chance to cook at a banquet in St Paul's Cathedral to mark the 70th anniversary of D-Day.
