SINOPSIS

The first of the Central heats sees returning contender Aktar Islam and newcomers Mark Poynton and Jason Hodnett prepare their starters for the D-Day banquet. They must impress a mystery Great British Menu veteran if they are to cook for judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton, Matthew Fort and military historian Max Hastings in the regional final.
