SINOPSIS

Returning finalist Raymond McArdle goes all out to impress the mystery judge by cooking two separate dishes as he and fellow Northern Ireland chefs Chris McGowan and Will Brown prepare main courses. The contenders are vying for a place in Friday's final and the chance to cook at a banquet in St Paul's Cathedral to mark the 70th anniversary of D-Day.
