SINOPSIS

Developers Lucy Alexander and Martin Roberts examine properties up for auction, including a 100-year-old barn in Devon and three-bedroom homes in London and Lincolnshire. They follow the sales and talk to the buyers about their plans for the buildings, returning to review their progress after three months.
