SINOPSIS
As the competition continues, the Welsh chefs prepare main courses in a bid to impress veteran judge Jeremy Lee and make it through to Friday's regional final. Richard Davies serves up a dish simply called `A tasting of pork', Mary Ann Gilchrist names her creation `Three's a crowd', while Luke Thomas hopes his `Beef, bone marrow and watercress' will be a gastronomic success.
