Great British Menu: Central Starter

SINOPSIS

The first of the Central region heats sees contestants Daniel Clifford, Richard Bainbridge and Will Holland prepare their starters for the Comic Relief banquet. Dishes include one featuring goat's cheese mousse, balsamic jelly and gingerbread, and the chefs must impress Great British Menu veteran Marcus Wareing if they are to cook for Prue Leith, Matthew Fort, Oliver Peyton and guest judge Vic Reeves in Thursday's final.
