SINOPSIS

Chefs Chris Eden, Peter Sanchez-Iglesias and Emily Watkins, all representing south-west England, create starters to be judged by Tom Kerridge. The prepare dishes including a modern twist on duck a l'orange, ham and eggs, and a dish called Picnic, as they battle for the chance to cook for Prue Leith, Matthew Fort, Oliver Peyton and guest judge Simon Day on Friday.
