SINOPSIS

In a bid to move closer to family, today's buyer has Nicki Chapman to help find a home in the Oxfordshire countryside for her and her son. Whilst in the area, Nicki pops in on friends who recently moved to the county, relocating their business training dressage horses and renovating a house in the process.
