SINOPSIS

The North East contestants are given one final chance to impress veteran competitor Nigel Howarth, preparing desserts that will help them progress through to the next stage of the contest. Stephanie Moon puts together a podium of puddings, Colin McGurran whips up a chocolate, rhubarb and custard treat and Charlie Lakin produces an Earl Grey and strawberry souffle.
