SINOPSIS
The Scooby Gang heads to the eerie town of Banning Junction to spend Halloween with Velma's aunt, uncle and her beautiful and flirtatious cousin Marcy. The townspeople celebrate 100 Years of Halloween, including a crowning of the Queen of the Masquerade Ball and a performance by KISS. When spine-tingling events begin to occur, a fearful townswoman blames it on a ghost who's come back for revenge.
