PB&J Otter: Bagpipe Blues / You Can't Come In

SINOPSIS

A.) Peanut takes his father's set of heirloom bagpipes without asking, and lands in a world of trouble when he accidentally drops them in the lake.

B.) The kids decide to create their own individual clubhouses, each with their own ""exclusive"" set of rules. However, they soon discover that having a club without friends to be in it isn't much fun at all.
