SINOPSE

A shell of a property in Bilston near Wolverhampton, a bungalow in Lower Quinton near Stratford-upon-Avon and an end terrace in Gorton in Manchester are all sold under the hammer. Martin, Dion and Martel take a look around the properties and hear from the developers including a former butler to the Royal family, who at nearing 80 fancied a fresh challenge.
