Callum catches a shoplifter, and when he realises she is deaf, he comes up with an idea to help Ben - just as Danny is making a new proposal to Phil. Tiffany asks Keegan to apologise to Jack - but he is more interested in gloating about all the responses to his video. Peter cannot cope with the anniversary of Lucy's death, leaving Bobby upset. Ruby is impressed by the way Martin tackles a thief and offers him a job at the club.
