But unknown to them, Louise takes great pleasure in telling Karen their plans. Ruby is thrilled when Sharon finally signs over the E20, and Ian is determined to make his campaign for Walford councillor a success - unknown Iqra is plotting against him. Pam arrives back in Walford, so Jay and Lola hatch a plan to surprise Ben, who is thrilled to see her.
