SINOPSE

Ríona learns how to swim in today's episode. She meets with the swimming instructor, Micheál who shows her what she needs going swimming, a float, armbands and swimming goggles. They carry on into the swimming pool and Micheál chats to Ríona about the different type of swimming techniques. Ríona can't wait to get into the pool but Micheál shows her some swimming and breathing techniques before she changes into her swimsuit. She has a great time in the pool as Micheál watches and guides her.
