SINOPSE

A couple of terraces, including a traditional layout Langley Mill in Derbyshire, a three storey terrace cut into the side of a hill in Tylorstown in Wales and a grade two listed property in Milton Regis, are all sold under the hammer. Martin, Martel and Lucy talk to the new owners and follow progress on their developments.
