SINOPSE

Officers in Bedfordshire target motorists breaking the law, including those using mobile phones, not wearing seatbelts, or having illegal number plates. The reason for this enforcement is brought sharply into focus when police are called to a three-car pile-up, caused by a driver using a phone behind the wheel, in which a girl is seriously injured.
