SINOPSE

The wildlife series concludes by examining efforts by scientists to ensure the survival of endangered species of carnivores, as the spread of human habitation impacts on the wildest areas of the planet and jeopardises the predators' opportunities to hunt and thrive. The film uses natural history footage to examine the current situation across five continents, revealing the precarious future faced by many of the world's most fascinating species, including lions, tigers, polar bears and blue whales.
