SINOPSE

A couple of cat burglars break into a Mexican museum and take $4million worth of jewels then seal them in the floor of their boat. Unfortunately, the holidaying Quincy finds himself in the thick of it when one of the crew is found poisoned in the nearby harbour. Jack Klugman stars.
