SINOPSE

In the third of four semi-final programmes, the seven remaining amateurs take full control of the kitchens at the Bluebird restaurant in Chelsea, where they must each serve one dish of their own creation under the watchful eye of John Torode. Adding to the pressure, the diners are all professional restaurateurs who have paved the way for culinary excellence and whose expectations are sky high. There's a prize too, as the contestants with the two most popular dishes are exempt from the next cook-off, which sees the remaining five serving up the dishes they hope will keep them in the competition.
