SINOPSE

Lucy Alexander, Martin Roberts and Dion Dublin meet developers who have different reasons for making their investments. These include a family home in Consett, Co Durham, a rental property in Derby, and an auction buy in Beckenham, London, which will be used to run a new business, and the owner hopes this will provide him with more time to spend with his family.
