SINOPSE

Peter Maddison meets Daniel Leipnik and Andrew Preston, who dream of constructing a pavilion-style home on a hillside block in Cairns, north Queensland. The pair plan to situate their resort-inspired build next to a World Heritage rainforest, with views of the Coral Sea, but encounter trouble as they try to project manage the work from Melbourne - which is many miles away from the site.
