SINOPSE

Lucy Alexander, Martin Roberts and Dion Dublin explore a bungalow in Radcliffe-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire, a former community centre in the New Forest in Hampshire and a lower ground-floor flat in Margate, Kent. After the presenters have given their thoughts on the properties, they meet the people who have bought them at auction to find out what renovations they have planned.
