SINOPSE

The two remaining Central region chefs cook all four courses again for judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort, who are joined in their deliberations by Helen Carey, former chair of the WI. Together, the arbiters decide which chef to send through to represent the region in the national finals.
