SINOPSE

Developers Lucy Alexander and Martin Roberts explore a smart-looking terrace in Pontygwaith in south Wales, a large Victorian house in Okehampton in Devon, and an old pub in Sittingbourne in Kent. All three buyers encounter unforeseen problems with their developments - and the presenters find out if - and how - they fixed their issues.
