SINOPSE
CI5 uncovers a plan to hold the home secretary hostage in order to demand the release of a dangerous prisoner. Cowley takes the politician's place at an award ceremony, hoping that with Bodie as his bodyguard, he can draw the enemy into the open and thwart the attempt.
