SINOPSE

Turning his attentions to timber structures from the Middle Ages the former steeplejack visits England's oldest fortified building with a moat, Stokesay Castle. He also journeys to Harvington Hall near Kidderminster, Worcestershire, to see how bricks became an important part of timber-framed houses.
