SINOPSE

Developers Lucy Alexander and Martin Roberts explore a semi-detached house in Northern Ireland, a flat in Newcastle and a basement apartment in Dover boasting fine views of the surrounding Kent landscape. Cameras capture the three properties being auctioned, and the presenters meet the new owners to learn about their plans for their acquisitions.
