Great British Menu: Central Dessert

SINOPSE

Jason Hodnett makes an elaborate chocolate medal as he and fellow Central chefs Aktar Islam and Mark Poynton prepare desserts. This is their last chance to impress in their attempts to secure a place to cook at a banquet in St Paul's Cathedral marking the 70th anniversary of D-Day, with the mystery Great British Menu veteran deciding which of the trio will not be returning for the regional final.
