SINOPSE

The baker celebrates his favourite flavours while rediscovering a recipe from Cumbria's seafaring history. He also uses a cheese from Yorkshire that at one time was nearly banned, and conjures up fond memories of his years living in Cyprus, with the help of cook Tonia Buxton.
