SINOPSE

The chef demonstrates the versatility of summer fruits by creating a simple berry pavlova, spicy cherry clafoutis, fig tart and an aromatic fruit soup topped with a caramel cage and champagne. He also travels to a traditional fruit farm in Fife to see how his favourite variety of raspberry is grown despite the climate.
