SINOPSE

After their flight from Paris does not crash, Maxwell and Fran arrive back in New York safe but not quite sound. Maxwell admits that his declaration of love was done in the heat of the moment, and that he is "taking it back". Fran is furious. Niles does whatever he can for either Maxwell or Fran to tell him what transpired between the two, to no avail. On an associated but unrelated note, C.C. tells Fran that Maxwell only hired her because of her looks and that he wanted some eye candy to flirt with but never take seriously. To prove C.C. wrong, Fran starts dating Jack, a blind man who obviously doesn't know if she is physically beautiful or not. But Jack quickly realizes that Fran has feelings for Maxwell. Jack doesn't know what happened between Maxwell and Fran but he does know that Fran needs to clear the air with Maxwell not only about what happened but where their relationship stands. Meanwhile, Grace needs to write a report about an interesting woman. Does she choose Fran?
