SINOPSE

Two houses in Worksop and Wakefield are bought at auction by developers who plan to rent them out. Meanwhile in Dewsbury, a midwife and her builder husband buy a house that has not been lived in for a decade but which they have big plans for to create their forever home for them and their four children.
