SINOPSE

Martin is on the Kent coast in the seaside town of Westgate on Sea looking at a three-bed end terrace, plus return to Cleator Moor in Cumbria where Martel first saw a row of shops initially ideal for residential development. Also, Lucy is in Guildford where she visits a house on a riverbank that is in such a state, demolition might be the only viable option.
