SINOPSE

John and Lisa are planning for Christmas Day. They start with a breakfast fit for a king - eggs royale with homemade Hollandaise sauce. John gives a turkey masterclass - and this year he's got a whole new way to prepare it. Lisa is cooking up some sumptuous sides with her red cabbage, leafy brussels and fail-safe roast potatoes. For dessert, there are little steamed ginger puddings and a cardamom custard.
