Francis Brennan's Grand Tour of Vietnam

SINOPSE

The tour party receives some lessons in traditional Vietnamese cooking, and visits the Temple of Literature and the Thay Pagoda in Hanoi. Francis then takes them out into the Mai Chau countryside and splits the group into two, sending half the tourists to a luxury eco-lodge and the rest to a basic village homestay - then reuniting them for a meal at a traditional snake restaurant
