Holby City: Apply Some Pressure

SINOPSE

When a porters' strike hits Holby, Mark learns that negotiation is the only way to resolve a dispute. He so impresses Cunningham with his management skills and is encouraged to apply for a new position. Elsewhere, Connie is furious to discover she hasn't got the DOS position - it has become a job-share between Ric and Michael. She decides to muscle in on Joseph's research and persuades an old school friend to be involved.
